Shahnaab Alam, producer of the award-winning film Lunchbox fame is making his first ever Assamese film. The project is named Bhoga Khidikee (Broken Window). Shahnaab Alam is making this film along with the noted filmmaker Jahnu Barua.
The plot of the film revolves around some real life incidents and stars actresses Zerifa Wahid and Seema Biswas. Bhoga Khidikee has been shot in and around Kaziranga, Bokakhat, and Guwahati.

Producer Shahnaab Alam who hails from Assam was quite keen to make an Assamese film for sometime as he is familiar with the language, culture and tradition of the state. He has expressed his excitement of working with master auteur Jahnu Barua.
