The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) on Friday released the result for the Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2020.
In just 21 days after the examination, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the result for the KCET 2020.
A total of 1,53,470 students have qualified for engineering seats, KEA authorities notified.
The KEA officials informed that 1,27,627 candidates qualified for admission in Agriculture course, while 1,29,666 students have passed the entrance for Veterinary Sciences.
Similarly, 1,29,611 students have qualified for admission in AYUSH and for BPharm courses, 1,55,552 have qualified.
The candidates can check their results at the websites- kea.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in. The resultwere declared at 12:30 pm. As many as 1.75 lakh students appeared in the CET exams held on July 30 and 31.
Deputy Chief Minister C N Ashwathnarayan said that the counselling process will be held online this year considering the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
The seat matrix ratio will also remain the same as it was last year.
“While the 45:30:25 ratio will be continued, the government’s share will be 45 per cent, COMED-K and NRI/Management quota will share 30 and 25 per cent respectively,” officials said.
