Sensation prevailed in Assam’s Goalpara district after the alleged leakage of question papers of the on-going higher secondary examination at the Science Academy on Wednesday.
The students’ wing of the Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS), Chatra Mukti Sangram Samiti(CMSS), meanwhile, has demanded a high-level inquiry into the whole fiasco.

Addressing the media at Goalpara on Wednesday, the CMSS leaderahip has alleged that the leaked question paper has total resemblance with a model question paper.
The working president while interacting with the media said that since 2011, incidents of alleged question paper leakage, cattle feeding on answer scripts, burning of answer scripts and anomalies in the results have become common occurrences during the examinations held by the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) and the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC)
The students’ body further alleged that despite all such irregularities, State Education Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma has not taken any preventive measures or took the erring officials to task.

The student leaders said the question papers of physics, mathematics and chemistry totally resembles the model question papers of 2018.
The CMSS also alleged that the secretary of AHSEC, Kamaljyoti Gogoi has visited the disputed centre just for the sake of formality and given a clean shit with only conducting a preliminary investigation.
The CMSS leadership also said that they have already registered a case against the Science Academy authorities on March 10 last.
