Here’s bad news for the mobile phone users, who have Airtel prepaid connections.
According to media reports, Bharti Airtel, the second-largest telecom giants of the country, has not kept its prepaid tariff plan the same to keep their mobile connection active.
In the first week of December last year, the three telecom companies of the country – Airtel, Vodafone-Idea and Reliance Jio – had simultaneously announced the prices of all their prepaid plans.
All these telecom companies, providing services in the country, have shocked their customers with their new tariff plans.
Now, all the telecom companies including Airtel have made their new plans more expensive for their customers.
What is the new tariff plan?
Earlier, for keeping the Airtel mobile number active, a customer had to do a minimum recharge of at least Rs 23 per month.
Now, the customers having Airtel prepaid mobile connections will no longer be able to keep their numbers active with the same lowest recharge plan as the company has increased the price of this plan more than before.
Airtel has increased its earlier lowest prepaid recharge plan of Rs 23 to Rs 45.
Now, if an Airtel user has to keep his or her number active, the user will have to do a minimum recharge of Rs 45.
