Name of post : Scientist-B (Mechanical) in National Test House, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution

Pay Scale : Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age : 35 years for UR.
Essential Qualifications :
(i) Master’s Degree in Physics from a recognized University or Institute; and
(ii) One year practical experience in the testing/ calibration of engineering materials/ products or in precision measurements/metrology in a recognized laboratory or
institute.
OR
(i) Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering or
Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute; and
(ii) Two years’ practical experience in the testing/calibration of engineering materials/
products or in precision measurements/metrology in a recognized laboratory or institute.

Age : 33 years for OBC .
Essential Qualifications :
(i) Master’s Degree in Physics or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institute;
and
(ii) One years’ experience in Non-Destructive testing Laboratory
OR
One years’ experience in X-Ray Diffraction or investigation work on failure Engineering Material by Non-Destructive and metallographic methods of testing.
Name of post : Superintending Archaeological Engineer in Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture
No. of posts : 2
Pay Scale : Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age : 40 years for UR. 50 years for PwBD.
Essential Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institute
Experience :
Eight years’ experience in Planning, Execution and Supervision of Civil Engineering works
in Government Sector or any Archaeological or Heritage Sites.
Name of post : Assistant Professor, Civil Engineering (Survey) in College of Military Engineering, Pune, Ministry of Defence

Pay Scale : Academic Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age : 38 years for OBCs.
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and Master of
Engineering/ Master of Technology in Civil Engineering (Geo Informatics/ Geoinformatics
and Surveying Technology) with first class or equivalent either in Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or Master of Engineering/Master of Technology.
