Electrical : Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Minimum of Three years post qualification experience.
Mechanical : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a
recognized University. Minimum of Three years post qualification experience.
Materials : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Minimum of Three years post qualification experience.
HR : Two-year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University:
- Business Administration with specialization in HR Or
- Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/industrial Relations Or
- Personnel Management. Or
- Personnel Management & Industrial Relations Or
- Human Resource Management
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
