Agartala Govt Medical College & GBP Hospital (AGMC) Tripura is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Field Data Collector (1 post) for the project entitled ‘ Analysis of Psychosocial Wellbeing among the men who sex with men (MSM) and TG Population in West District’ from the residents of the domicile ofTripura on a purely temporary basis in 2026.

Educational Qualification :
1. Minimum Graduate degree in Medical Social Work / Sociology/Clinical Psychology/Public
Health/Social sciences.
2. Preference to candidates with postgraduate qualifications in Public Hoalth/Clinical Psychology / Medical Social Work or Community Health/ Social Sciences.
3. Computer knowledge
Experience Criteria :
1. Minimum 1 year experience in community-based research, preferably involving key populations such as: Men who have sex with men (MSM) or Transpiender (TG) persons or People living with HIV
2. Experience working with community-based organizalions (CBOs) or NGOs associated with key populations (e.g., organizations supported under National AIDS Conhol Organisation / TSACS).
3. Prior experience in conducting: In-depth interviews or Structured questionnaire-based surveys
Job Roles :
1. S/he has to collect data in the Predesigned semi-structured interview schedule./form during the stipulated time, and it will be done in the field/community among the study population {men who sex with men (MSM)} and the transgender population.
2. S/he should be well-versed in the local languages and empathetic, able to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
3. S/he has to be a good communicator.
Selection Procedure :
