Steel Research and Technology Mission of India (SRTMI) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Young Professionals in 2026.

Qualification :
Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/Institute (Essential)
Masters degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university/Institute
(Desirable)
Essential Work Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in Steel sector)
Desirable Work Experience : Candidates with experience in climate change, sustainability, digitalization, mining/ beneficiation and steel making will have an added advantage.
Age : Candidate should be below 35 years of age as on 1st February, 2026.
Remuneration : The YPs will get a consolidated remuneration per month in the range of
Rs. 80,000- Rs. 1,00,000 (inclusive of all applicable taxes and no other facility or allowance is altogether permissible)
