Sikkim University is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Research Assistant (Post-01) under the research project entitled “Evolution of Indigenous Mechanism of Conflict Resolution in India: A Case Study of Dzumsa System in Sikkim” funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi in 2026.

Qualification :
i) Post Graduate in Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks. Candidates with NET
will be given preference.
ii) Work Experience/Research Experience in using STAT, SPSS, other Data analysis tools and
the preparation of research report will be an added advantage.
