College of Agricultural Engineering & Post Harvest Technology (CAEPHT), Ranipool, Sikkim is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the project entitled “Development of On-Farm Yak Milking Machine and Feed Pelletization Technology for Sustainable Livelihoods in the Eastern Himalayas” in 2026.

Pay : Rs. 37,000/-per month plus HRA as applicable.
Rs. 42,000/-per month plus HRA as applicable (after satisfactory performance of 2 years)
Qualification :
M.Tech. /M.E. in Food Process Engincering/ Agricultural Processing/Processing and Food Engineering/Dairy and Food Engineering/Dairy & Food Technology and Technology or any other relevant specialization related to Food Engineering and Food Technology or M. Sc. in relevant subjects /Livestock Product Technology or any relevant specialization with NET qualifications.
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidate having the experience of processing, product development and analysis of dairy and food products, knowledge of creation and analysis of 3D drawings and machine design.
