National Institute of Technology (NIT) Nagaland is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Research Assistant in 2026 in a Research Project funded by the TEXMIN CPS Centre of Excellence, NIT Nagaland, and Govt. of India entitled “AI-Assisted Self-Regulating Bio-Inspired Thermo-Fluidic Fogging and Waste Heat Driven Atmospheric Water Harvesting System for Zero-Water Green Mining Operations.”

Essential Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B. Tech, and M.E. / M. Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical /Production and Computer Science. Candidate must have obtained atleast 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA out of 10.
Desirable: Working experience in Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Manufacturing, and
AI/ML.
Consolidated Salary: Rs 13,200/ month
