Eligibility Criteria :
Legal :
LLB from a recognized University / Institution in India. Minimum 4 years of relevant
experience
Risk Management :
Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in
Finance / Banking & Finance/ Economics OR MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance) OR ICWA / CFA / CA from recognized University / Institution. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial/ corporate sector managing mid / large corporate credit appraisals /Credit risk / Credit Monitoring/Risk Management
Internal Audit :
Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in
(Finance/ Banking & Finance) / MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance) / CA / ICWA from a
recognized University / Institution. Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking/FIs in
Audit
Internal Audit (IS Audit) :
B.E./ B.Tech./MCA/ MSc/MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Computer Science/Cybersecurity/IT/ Electronics & Communication/ AI- ML/ Data Science from recognized/university / Institution. Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Security / IT/ IS Audit.
Administration :
Postgraduate degree in Commerce/Accounts from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 4 years of experience of working in accounts department of an FI/Corporate with exposure of handling vendor invoicing and compliance to related taxation rules.
Human Resources :
Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in
Human Resources / Industrial Relations/Personnel Management from recognized University/
Institution. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR functions in financial/ corporate sector.
Company Secratariat :
Company Secretary (Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India – ICSI). Minimum 4 years of experience as Company Secretary working in listed
companies.
Vigilance :
Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management OR CA / ICWA/ CFA from recognized University /Institution. Minimum 4 years experience in Financial Sector out of which 2 years into Vigilance/Compliance functions in Banks/FIs.
Lending Operations (Lending & Project Finance) : Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / Banking & Finance OR MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance) OR ICWA / CFA / CMA / CA from recognized University / Institution. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial / corporate sector; out of which 2 years in mid / large corporate credit appraisals, operations, documentation, disbursement etc.
Investment & Treasury :
Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance/ Forex) OR MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) OR ICWA / CA / CFA from recognized University / Institution. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial / corporate sector; out of which 2 years in treasury functions / investment desk / asset liability management / back-officefunctions viz. settlements, reconciliation, valuation / forex &
derivatives
Information Technology (Business Analyst & Technical Project Management) :
BE/ BTech/ MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer engineering/AI & ML/Software engineering/ Electronics & telecom/Data Science with certifications in Project Management (PMP)/BPM( Six Sigma)/Agile (CSM) Or Postgraduation in Management (PGDM/MBA) with graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer engineering/AI & ML/Software engineering/ Electronics & telecom/Data Science. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management or business analyst role in BFSI domain.
Information Technology (IT Infrastructure Management – Cloud) :
BE/BTech/MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer engineering/AI & ML/Software engineering/ Electronics & telecom/Data Science with associate level certifications in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP/Oracle etc.)
Compliance :
MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance)/ CA / ICWA / Post Graduation Degree /
Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance/ Banking & Finance. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial sector; out of which 2 years in Audit/Compliance experience in areas like Banking/Accounting/ Credit (in RBI regulated entity)
