National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates in 2026 for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Research Project Intern position for the project titled “Control of fish robot with external disturbance an experimental study” under Technology Innovation and Development Foundation, IIT Guwahati. (Project No.: TIH/TD/0232) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria :
Present second or third year B.Tech/B.E. or present M.E./M.Tech students in branches related to Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Desirable Qualification & Experience:
Preference to candidates with working experience relevant to the project possessing knowledge in system dynamics and control.
Age limit: Must not be over 24 years as on February 25th, 2026 (relaxation as per the norms/orders of Government of India).
Consolidated monthly stipned : Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand only)
