Qualification :
(i) Graduate in Mass Communication with knowledge of Khasi and Jaintia language.
(ii) Knowledge and experience in the application of Computer/Information Technology

Pay Scale : Level 5 of Revised Pay Structure.
Qualification : H.S.S.L.C or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Statistics or
Economics as one of the subjects.
