Meghalaya Natural and Organic Farming Society for Livelihood and Innovation in Agriculture (MEGNOLIA) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Technical Assistant in 2026.
Name of post : Technical Assistant (District)
No. of posts : 4
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture & Horticulture
Experience :
1. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in implementation of government schemes, rural development programs, organic farming initiatives, or livelihood projects.
2. Preference will be accorded to local candidates from the respective district.
Skills:
1. Experience in field coordination with farmers, FPOs/SHGs, community institutions, and district level stakeholders.
2. Prior experience in monitoring project activities, documentation, reporting, and data management.
3. Familiarity with organic agriculture, value chains, certification processes, or agri-based livelihood programs will be an added advantage.
4. Experience in coordination with government departments, district administrations, and
implementing agencies.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, basic data analysis, and preparation of progress reports.
