Qualification:
a. Passed-out ANMs, GNMs. Post- Basic & B Sc Nursing
b. Registered ANM/ GNM/ B Sc nurses (valid registration with Meghalaya Nursing Council)
Job Roles :
a. Lactational support nurse at healthcare institutions
b. Training of frontline workers (ASHAs, AWWs, CGHAs etc)
c. Supporting Mother Skill Workshops
d. Supporting high-risk and escalation cases
e. Mentoring frontline workers and cluster-level staff
f. Supporting maternal mental health
g. Hand holding support to cluster level mentor team
