Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Field Operation Engineer on temporary basis in 2026 for MS SBU for its project at Shillong (Meghalaya), Delhi & Gandhinagar.

Qualification :
Pass class for GEN/OBC (NCL)/ EWS & SC/ST/PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates in B.E/B.Tech in Engineering (Electronics, / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication / Communication / Mechanical) from a recognized University/Institution
Experience:
i) Electronics – 7 Years of working knowledge on RF and Microwave, Communication, C4I
systems. Testing, Troubleshooting and rectification of RF and Digital systems like RADAR,
Control Centre and C4I systems. Periodic/Breakdown maintenances of defence/Civil equipment as part of Warranty /Annual Maintenances Contract (AMC).
ii) Mechanical – 7 Years of working knowledge on High Mobility Vehicle (HMV), Prime Mover,
Trailer, Air Conditioners(ACs), Diesel generators (DG Set) etc. Periodic/Breakdown maintenances of Mechanical/Electromechanical Defence/Civil equipment as part of Warranty/ Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC).
Remuneration : An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 60,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, and an increase of Rs.5,000/- every year.
Upper Age Limit : 40 years as on 01.04.2026. Upper age limit indicated is for candidates belonging to General & EWS Category. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PwBD candidates (having minimum 40% disability, in addition to the relaxation applicable to OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates). The upper age limit admissible considering all relaxations shall be 50 years.
