Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGT) in 2026.

Qualification :
Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree from University/Institute recognized by the UGC/AICTE. General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in in B.Sc.(Agriculture) degree. Those candidates who have CGPA score should convert into percentage while filling the application form.
Age Limit :
30 years, as on 01st September, 2026. Relaxable by 5 years for SCs/STs & by 3 years for OBCs not belonging to creamy layer.
Stipend / Benefits :
As per rules of the organization, presently the stipend is Rs. 33,300/- p.m. On successful completion of one year’s training and subject to requirement of IFFCO, the AGTs may get hiring at the basic pay of Rs. 37000/- p.m. in the regular Pay Scale of Rs. 37000-70000, and allowances/ benefits as per rules of the Organisation
Selection Procedure :
Eligible candidates must appear for preliminary Computer Based On-Line Test in open environment by using their own resources, computer/laptop with internet facility. The candidates short-listed based on the performance in the Preliminary On-line Test, will be called for Final On-Line Test in the controlled environment at the designated Centers. However, IFFCO management reserves the right to make any change in the selection procedure based upon the numbers of applications received.
