Eligibility Criteria :
1. Associate Director (On Contract) : (i) Chartered Accountant (CA) holding membership from the ICAI or B.Com/B. Tech./B.E with MBA /equivalent from a recognized University. Graduate along with Executive MBA/PGDM will also be eligible. (ii) For candidates who joined Public Sector Banks (PSBs)/Public Sector FIs as Probationary Officer/Scale I/II or equivalent posts, the required Qualification would be Graduate in any Discipline. Should have at least 15 years of experience.
2. Associate Director (Estates, Services & Administration) : B.E/B.Tech Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical from a recognized University. Relevant master’s degree is preferred. Should have at least 15 years of work experience.
3. Sr. Associate (On Contract) : Chartered Accountant (CA) or B.Tech./B.E. with MBA or equivalent from a recognized University.
4. Senior Associate- Technical (Advance Chemistry Cell (ACC)) (On Contract) :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or Master’s degree in Sciences/ Technology/Engineering in related field.
5. Senior Associate- Credit Risk Management (On Contract) : Graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/ Chartered Accountant / Cost Management Accountant / CFA/ Master degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Commerce.
6. Senior Associate- Credit Monitoring & Recovery (On Contract) : Graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/ Chartered Accountant / Cost Management Accountant / CFA.
7. Senior Associate (Estates, Services & Administration) (On Contract) : B.E/B.Tech Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical or any other from a recognized University. Relevant master’s degree is preferred.
8. Senior Associate (Human Resources) (On Contract) : Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management or Industrial Relations, or MBA / PGDM with specialisation in Human Resources. Diploma or Degree in law is preferable.
9. Senior Associate-Technical (Electronic Component Manufacturing Scheme) (On Contract) : B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation, from a recognized University. An additional qualification of MBA (Finance) or equivalent would be preferred.
10. Sr. Associate-Technical (Chemical & Petrochemical Sector) (On Contract) : B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
11. Senior Associate (Technical) (Infrastructure projects) (On Contract) : B.E./B.Tech. in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
