Eligibility Criteria :
Deputy General Manager (QA & QC) :
Master in Pharmacy. Minimum10 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC functions.
Associate Manager (Internal Audit) :
MBA (Finance / Systems / Operations / Hospital Administration) / B.Pharm / B.Tech. Minimum 1 years of experience in the Internal Audit /Finance /
Accounts or in the relevant area as specified in the tasks to be performed for the position. Experience in Pharma / Diagnostic Laboratory operations will have preference.
Junior Manager (Production) :
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering.Minimum 1 year experience in production operations of hygiene products, FMCG, or similar process industries.
Quality Assurance Officer :
Graduation in Science or Diploma in Engineering. Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA functions in sanitary napkin / hygiene product / FMCG / medical device / pharmaceutical manufacturing units.
Senior Business Manager (IBD) :
MBA –Marketing / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in Marketing / Business Development / Sales / International Business or related business functions.
Business Manager (IBD) :
MBA –Marketing / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Marketing / Business Development / Sales / International Business or related business functions.
Senior Operations Manager (Healthcare Services) :

Operations Manager (Healthcare Services) :
MBA in Healthcare Management / Masters in Public Health (MPH)/ M.Sc in Medical Microbiology / Medical Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / MLT / Biochemistry / Health Sciences / Zoology OR B.Sc with PGDMLT. Associate Manager (Medical Diagnostics Services) :
B.Sc. MLT/ B.Sc Medical Imaging Services/ BSc. Radiography /BMRT/ BPT/ BSc Nursing/ B.Sc Optometry /B.Tech or BE – Biomedical Instrumentation from a Recognised University. Minimum 1 years of post-qualification managerial / Supervisory level experience in healthcare projects.
Junior Manager (Quality) :
Post-graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology. Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology, Medical Biochemistry, Biotechnology / Graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Microbiology, Medical Biochemistry, or BMRT. For Post -Graduation, minimum 3 experience in a NABL-accredited laboratory in a relevant field. For Graduation, minimum 5 years’ experience in a NABL-accredited laboratory in a relevant field.

For Diploma holders – Minimum 7 years of experience in CT scan or MRI scan. For Degree – Minimum 1 year of experience in CT scan or MRI Scan.
Business Manager (Laboratory In-Charge) :
BMLT/OTHER PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS IN PARAMEDICAL /HEALTHCARE AREA DEPENDING ON REQUIREMENT. Minimum 3 years of Experience
Associate Manager (Medical Biochemist) :
MSC (Medical Biochemistry). Minimum of 1 years of experience in clinical laboratory
