Eligibility Criteria :
Management Trainee (Human Resource Management)
Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in
Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.
and
Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management. Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
Management Trainee (Administration)
Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in
Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.
and
Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA /PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality management / Facilities management or equivalent qualification. Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2- year full time duration, with minimum 60%
aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
OR
Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in B-Tech in Civil Engineering and Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA /PGDBM / MMS) in any discipline
Age Limit :
Not below 21 years and not above 28 years as on April 30, 2026. Relaxation in upper age limit is as per rules of Govt. of India.
