Experience : Minimum 20 years of experience in the BFSI, Shared Services or allied regulated
sectors with a strong track record of Senior leadership. Preferably 10 years in leadership roles
within Shared Services Centres (SSCs) of Financial Services institutions of which 3 years’ experience as COO of a large BFSI organisation.
