Assam University Silchar is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Guest Faculty in 2025 on purely temporary basis for the subject specialization of Food Processing for B. Voc. Programme, Department of Agricultural Engineering.

Remuneration: Rs. 1,500/- per lecture with a ceiling of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Eligibility:
Essential:
i) Ph.D or M.Tech/M.Sc./M. Voc. ( Food Processing) (with NET) in Processing and Food Engineering/ Post Harvest Engineering/Post Harvest Technology/Food Technology/Food Science.
Desirable:
i) Practical experiences of teaching & handling of Food Processing with documentary proof of
certificate.
ii) Published research papers in peer reviewed/Scopus Indexed/NAAS rated journal.
