Name of post : Assistant Professor in Department of History
No. of posts : 1
Pay : Rs. 57,700/- – Rs. 1,82,400/- (and all other admissible allowances)
Essential Qualifications:
1. A high Second-Class Master’s Degree in any branch of History with a minimum of 55 per cent marks in the aggregate or of equal/equivalent Grade from a recognized University having specialized knowledge in the historical and religious literature and culture of Assam
2. NET/SET pass
3. Candidates with Ph.D. or equivalent research degree with records of independent research work as evidenced by publications and project works shall be preferred.

No. of posts : 1
Pay : Rs. 22,000/- to 97,000/-, GP Rs. 9,700/- (and all other admissible allowances)
Essential Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with major in Accountancy.
2. Uniformly good academic record.
3. Experience of auditing in A.G. Office/ Director of local Accounts/ reputed C.A. firm/ auditing and accounting in any University for a minimum period of Five Years.
4. Working knowledge and practical experience in computerized accounting, including the use of Tally software (Tally ERP 9/ Tally Prime), shall be essential.
