1. Must be a permanent resident of Assam preferably from Guwahati.
2. Must have held the position of Assistant Executive Engineer in any Technical Department of Govt. of Assam with experience in Urban Solid Waste Management.
3. Must have BE/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
4. Maximum age: 62 yrs
