Qualification:
MA in Mass Communication with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale, where grading system is permissible). A relaxation of 5% marks to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ OBC (NCL) / Differently-abled categories. The candidate must have cleared National Eligibility Test conducted by the UGC. Candidates who have got a PhD degree shall get exemption from the requirement of NET/ SLET. Preference to candidates having earlier teaching experience in Mass Communication/ experience in conducting certificate courses or similar academic programmes. The candidate should possess the understanding in content support, learner coordination, practical sessions, LMS/e-content support, and academic documentation. The successful candidates may require to work at both in the Department and the field.
