Qualification : A first class BE / BTech in Civil Engineering with basic MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by Finance Department, Govt. of Assam

Experience : A minimum of two (2) years of experience in public procurement for and / or behalf of Govt. of Assam. Must have adequate experience in handling e-procurement systems and GeM.
Salary : Rs. 30000/- to 45000/- per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations
