Essential Qualification :
MBA in HR
All qualifications should have been acquired from Indian Universities/Institutes, recognized by UGC or AICTE (whichever is applicable), or any other appropriate statutory authority in India
Experience :
Seven (07) years of experience (as on the last date of receipt of application)
Preference will also be given to candidates with HR & Admin experience in the Highways & Road Sector
Job Roles :
- Planning HR and administration activities.
- Managing the payroll function.
- Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.
- Running employee relations programs.
- Overseeing recruitment and Retention.
- Compensation, Benefits, and timely payment of
- Salary/Remuneration to the employees
- Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
- Budget preparation.
- Compliance with labor laws i.e.PF, ESI, etc.
- Training, Development, and Performance Maintenance.
