National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Junior Project Fellow (JPFs) purely on temporary and contractual basis for the project being coordinated by the Department of Teacher Education, NCERT entitled “Training of Master Trainers on Social Audit of Samagra Shiksha” and “Orientation of Principal/Head Teachers & KRPs of PM SHRI Schools.” Fellowship is purely on temporary basis and will not confer on him/her any claim for regular employment in NCERT

Essential Qualification :
Master Degree in Education/Science Social Science/ Humanities with minimum 55% Marks (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PwD)
Desirable :
(i) B.Ed./ B.El.Ed.
(ii) Ph.D./ M. Phil in Education
(iii) Proficiency in working on Computer
(iv) Proficiency in English language and academic work

Age : Should not be below 40 Years (5 years of relaxation in case of SC/ST/PwD and Female candidates)
Selection Procedure :
A walk-in-interview will altogether be held on 14th May 2024 from 10:30 AM onwards in Department of Teacher Education, 3rd Floor Zakir Hussain Khand, NCERT. New Delhi

Only the shortlisted candidates will be altogether called for written test and interview.
Shortlisted candidates must bring the print out of the application in the prescribed format along with self- attested photocopies of testimonials/certificates and also one photograph at the time of interview.
Candidates are also required also to bring the original certificates/testimonials for verification at the time of interview
