National Ayush Mission Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Consultant on contractual basis. The Ministry of AYUSH, GOI has launched the National AYUSH Mission in the month of September, 2014 to address the gap in the Health services by providing AYUSH Health Services/ Education throughout the length and breadth of the country. Its objectives are providing cost effective AYUSH services,co-location of AYUSH facilities at PHC, CHC and DH, up-gradation of state pharmacies, drug testing facilities etc., supporting medicinal plants cultivation and adopting GAP to provide good quality raw material, providing marketing and development entrepreneurs and setting up of warehouses and promotion of cluster cultivation. Its mandatory components include AYUSH Health Care Services, AYUSH Educational Services, Quality Control of ASU&H Drugs and Medicinal Plants

Qualification :
BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS only from a recognized institute or university. PG Qualification in AYUSH Stream is also desirable
Selection Procedure :
A walk-in-interview will be held on 26th February 2024 in Office of National AYUSH Mission, Assam, Elysian Palace, Near Dispur Law College, Last Gate Dispur, Guwahati-5
