Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Research Associate-I in the project entitled, “Development and Manufacturing Technology for High Energy Density & Fast Charging Li-ion Batteries ” at the School of Energy Science and Engineering. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, the sixth member of the IIT fraternity, came into being in 1994. The academic programme of IIT Guwahati altogether begun in 1995. At present the Institute also has altogether eleven departments, seven inter-disciplinary academic centres and five schools. The institute gives education on all the major engineering , science, healthcare, management and humanities disciplines. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati’s campus is altogether on a sprawling 285 hectares plot of land on the north bank of the river Brahmaputra. IIT Guwahati is around 20 kms from the heart of the city Guwahati. IIT Guwahati is also the only academic institution in India that occupies a place among the top 100 world universities.

Qualification :
Ph. D Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Science /Chemistry or related disciple.
Candidate with experience in battery fabrication, testing, and electrochemical analysis is preferred
Selection Procedure :
An online interview will be held on 21st June 2024 from 3 PM onwards.
