Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Junior Project Fellow in the project entitled, “Multi Axis Multi Material Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing ” at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, the sixth member of the IIT fraternity, was established in 1994. The academic programme of IIT Guwahati altogether commenced in 1995. At present the Institute also has altogether eleven departments, seven inter-disciplinary academic centres and five schools covering all the major engineering , science, healthcare, management and humanities disciplines. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati’s campus is altogether on a sprawling 285 hectares plot of land on the north bank of the river Brahmaputra around 20 kms from the heart of the city Guwahati. IIT Guwahati is also the only academic institution in India that occupied a place among the top 100 world universities.

Qualification :
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering with 3 Yrs exp.
The candidate must have a good knowledge of industrial robots, CAD/CAM and CNC programming.
Selection Procedure :
An online interview will be held on 8th May 2024 from 4 PM onwards.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed altogether via mail on 7th May 2024 (Tuesday) for attending interview online.
