Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career altogether of Project Associate – II in the project entitled “Hybrid Separation Process for valuable recovery and Water reuse for process industries by adopting water and energy pinch HySep Water” at the Department of Chemical Engineering.

Essential Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience in the following areas are preferred:
- Development and optimization of the Hybrid UF-FO/MD process
- Modeling, simulation, optimization, membrane technologies, wastewater treatment processes, or related disciplines altogether
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in simulation software and tools for process optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
- Commitment to sustainability and innovation in water and energy management.
Pay Scale : Rs. 35000/- + 18% of Basic Pay

An online interview will be held on 12th March 2024 from 10:00 AM onwards via Online Google/ team meeting
