The Office of Chief Judicial Magistrate Hojai under Hojai Judiciary Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Peon.

Scale of Pay :
Rs. 12,000/- – Rs.37,500/- with Grade Pay Rs.3,900/- per month along with other admissible allowances as per ROP rules, 2017.

Qualification :
Minimum VIII standard pass; and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the post.
However, candidates possessing special skills/ life skills such as driving, plumbing, computer skills,
technical and hard skills etc. shall be given preference, provided he/she possesses the educational qualification as prescribed.
Age Limit :
Candidates shall not be more than 40 years of age and shall not be less than 18 years of age
as on 01-01-2024. The upper age limit relaxation shall be as per Govt. rules

How to apply :
Candidates may send their applications accompanied with the following:
a) 4 (four) copies of recent passport size photographs with signature on the reverse side.
b) Self attested copies of all testimonials in support of his/her Age, Caste, Education Qualification and Certificate relating to the special skill.
c) Self attested copy of Valid Employment Exchange Certificate.
The candidates are to send the duly filled applications addressed to : “The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar, District-Hojai, Pin-782442.”
Candidates may also submit their applications in the drop box placed at the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hojai.
Applicants will have to mention the post applied for at the top of the envelope in Block
Letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF JUDICIAL
MAGISTRATE, HOJAI”.
