Dibrugarh University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Research Assistant and Field Investigator for an ICSSR funded project titled “”A Study on Health-Related Quality of Life of the Elderly in Assam and Issues Related to Accessibility and Affordability of Health Services” at Department of Statistics. Dibrugarh University, the easternmost University in India, was altogether established in 1965 consequent upon the provisions of the Dibrugarh University Act, 1965, enacted by the Assam Legislative Assembly. It is also a leading research and innovation driven University that acts as a spatial slot to configure the socio-cultural dynamics of North East India. Dibrugarh University is altogether a member of the Association of Indian Universities and is recognised by all the universities in India and abroad. It is altogether situated at Rajabheta, five kilometres to the South of the Dibrugarh town.
