All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Junior Pharmacovigilance Associate on contractual basis for onsite recruitment to be conducted at Department of Pharmacology. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) – Guwahati is an autonomous Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Government of India. It came into being under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) in May 2017. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the institute on May 26, 2017. The Institute came up with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. The Institute intends to develop model patterns of teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education in all its branches to demonstrate a high standard of medical education to all medical colleges and other allied institutions in India.

Essential Qualification :
Master degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, and Clinical Research.
OR
Pharm. D/ MBBS/BDS from a recognised university/Institute.
Desirable Qualification: One year experience in drug safety/Pharmacovigilance
Age: Not exceeding 28 years
Salary: Rs. 26,250/- per month (as per PvPI rules)
Job Roles :
- Collection of ADR Reports.
- Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and managing them in VigiFlow.
- Quality review, Clinical Review & Statistical review of ICSRs in Drug Safety database.
- Any other work as got from Competent Authority from time to time.
