Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Project Associate-I in 2026 in the DBT sponsored research project entitled “Comparative genomic and functional analysis of multi-drug efflux pump homologs in Ralstonia solanacearum F1C1: Insights into pathogenesis and virulence in tomato and eggplant”, under the Principal Investigators Prof. Suvendra Kumar Ray and Dr. Aditya Kumar, Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.

Essential Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Genetics/ Life Science.
Desirable: Experience in Computational Biology
Emolument: Rs. 25,000 (Rupees twenty-five thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month.
Age limit: Candidates shall not be more than 35 years of age as on the date of interview.
