Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience: 2-4 years
Salary: 6 LPA
Job Roles :
1. Preparation of detailed Construction Estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) of Buildings and Structures.
2. Convert Schedule of Rates (SoR) estimates conforming to Local Market Rates ensuring cost-effectiveness.
3. Review Drawings, Structural Designs, and added specifications before execution
4. Assist in planning and maintain adherence to timelines.
5. Assist in procurement of materials; Maintenance of Stock Register
6. Site Supervision: Regular Site Visits and supervise encompassing all construction work.
7. Quality Assurance in correspondence with IS Code.
