National Law University and Judicial Academy (NLUJA) Amingaon Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Research Officer and Research Assistant on a contractual basis under the DPIIT-IPR Chair, established under the Scheme for Pedagogy & Research in IPRs for Holistic Education & Academia (SPRIH?) in 2026.

Essential Qualification :
1. Ph.D. in Law or in an allied/interdisciplinary discipline from a recognised University/Institution.
2. Demonstrated research experience or academic exposure in IPR, innovation, entrepreneurship,
technology, Geographical Indications (GIs) traditional knowledge (TK), traditional cultural expressions (TCEs), biodiversity, or other allied areas.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, digital documentation, spreadsheets and virtual meeting platforms.
Salary : Rs. 67,000/- per month

Essential Qualification :
1. A Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized University; OR Postgraduate Degree from a recognized University.
2. Candidates having training, academic exposure, or demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) or allied areas are encouraged to apply.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, digital documentation, spreadsheets and virtual meeting platforms.
Salary : Rs. 57,000/- per month
