National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Junior Research Fellow in a time bound research project entitled “Quantum Dots integrated titania with plenty of heterojunctions and its utility for green hydrogen production: Beyond Proof of Concept” in the Department of Physics in 2026.

Essential Qualification :
B.S. 4 years programme /B Pharm/MBBS/Integrated BSMS/MSc/BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.
Desirable :
M.Sc Physics with experience in Nanomaterials Synthesis and Characterization.
Age Limit : 28 years. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD
