North Eastern Handicrafts and Handlooms Corporation Limited (NEHHDC) is inviting applications for recruitment from eligible and experienced TOT-trained Trainers/Master Trainers for career or engagement in the Jacquard Handloom Weaver Training Programme under the project “Capacity Building and Skill Development Training Programme for SC, ST and Women from Border Area Districts of NER in Jacquard Handloom Training” in 2026. The project envisages skill development training in Jacquard Handloom Weaving for beneficiaries across the North Eastern Region.

Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants should preferably possess:
1. Valid TOT (Training of Trainers) certification relevant to the Jacquard Handloom Weaver job role/trade.
2. Demonstrable practical knowledge and experience in Jacquard Handloom Weaving.
3. Experience in conducting theoretical as well as practical training sessions.
4. Knowledge of Jacquard loom operation, loom setting, threading, card punching, pattern creation and troubleshooting.
5. Ability to guide trainees in practical work and prepare them for assessment and certification.
6. Preference may be given to candidates having prior experience in Government-sponsored skill development/ training programmes and working with handloom/weaver communities.
