Eligibility Criteria :
Chief Manager (Biomedical) :
BE / B.Tech (Biomedical / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Medical Electronics) or M.Sc (Biomedical Instrumentation). Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in strategic and regional leadership for biomedical projects and service operations, ensuring business growth, timely delivery, compliance, quality and strong client relationships.
Operations Manager (Biomedical) :
BE / B.Tech in Electrical OR Diploma in Engineering (Electrical). For Degree holders, minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in the planning, design, engineering, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure for hospitals, medical colleges, super-specialty healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and allied healthcare projects. For Diploma holders, minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in the planning, design, engineering, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure for hospitals, medical colleges, super-specialty healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and allied healthcare projects.
Operations Manager (Electrical) :
BE / B.Tech in Electrical OR Diploma in Engineering (Electrical). For Degree holders, minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in the planning, design, engineering, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure for hospitals, medical colleges, super-specialty healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and allied healthcare projects. For Diploma holders, minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience. Work experience in the planning, design, engineering, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure for hospitals, medical colleges, super-specialty healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and allied healthcare projects.
Operations Manager (Mechanical) :
BE / B.Tech in Mechanical OR Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical). For Degree holders, minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in mechanical engineering for the planning, design, development, execution, installation, commissioning, qualification and maintenance of vaccine and biologicals manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical or biotechnology facilities, similar institutes. Experience in cleanroom HVAC, GMP-compliant utilities and industrial process systems, and in project execution, installation, commissioning and facility maintenance. Knowledge of WHO- GMP, Schedule M, biosafety and contamination control requirements. For Diploma holders, minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in mechanical engineering for the planning, design, development, execution, installation, commissioning, qualification and maintenance of vaccine and biologicals manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical or biotechnology facilities, similar institutes. Experience in cleanroom HVAC, GMP-compliant utilities and industrial process systems, and in project execution, installation, commissioning and facility maintenance. Associate Manager (Biomedical) :

For BE/B.Tech/M.Sc holders, minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in executing assigned activities at government hospitals, medical colleges, and similar institutes, including surveys, technical documentation, tender support, inspections, and project follow-up, in line with government procurement rules. For Diploma holders, minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in executing assigned activities at government hospitals, medical colleges, and similar institutes, including surveys, technical documentation, tender support, inspections, and project follow-up, in line with government procurement rules.
Associate Manager / Operations Manager (Civil) :
BE / B.Tech in Civil OR Diploma in Engineering (Civil). For Degree holders, minimum 1 year (Associate Manager) / 3 years (Operations Manager) of post-qualification experience in the planning, design, engineering, execution, supervision, quality control, and maintenance of civil
infrastructure for hospitals, medical colleges, super-specialty healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and allied healthcare projects. For Diploma holders, minimum 7 years (Associate Manager) / 10 years (Operations Manager) of post-qualification experience in the planning, design, engineering, execution, supervision, quality control, and maintenance of civil infrastructure for hospitals, medical colleges, super-specialty healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and allied healthcare projects.
Associate Manager / Operations Manager (Civil/Structural) :
BE / B.Tech (Civil) OR Diploma in Engineering (Civil).
