North East Network (NEN) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Finance Coordinator in 2026.

Eligibility Criteria :
1. Proven effective financial management, preferably in non-profit organisations for a minimum of 6-7 years
2. Experience in grant reporting and donor compliance
3. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
4. Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
6. Leadership and team management capabilities
7. Excellent written and communication skills in English
Salary: Rs. 40,000/- to 45,000/-
Job Roles :
1. Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, fund allocation, and risk management
2. Manage and monitor organisational and project budgets, including variance analysis and corrective actions
3. Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements across all offices
4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (FCRA, Income Tax, EPF, ESIC, etc.) and timely renewals
5. Coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and address financial risks
6. Prepare and submit donor-specific financial reports and ensure alignment with donor guidelines
7. Manage bank accounts, treasury operations, and financial assets
8. Conduct financial monitoring, team coordination, and capacity-building across 3 states
9. Participate in organisational processes, meetings, and decision-making forums
