Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates shall possess the qualifications prescribed under the applicable UGC norms for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor.
2. Preference to candidates possessing a Ph.D. Degree in the relevant discipline. Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. may also be considered, subject to their academic merit and the requirements of the University.
3. Preference shall be given to experienced teachers having :
(i) at least one year of teaching experience at the University level, or
(ii) five years of teaching experience at a recognized college.
Salary :
Selected candidates shall receive remuneration in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and decisions of Auniati University and shall be govened by the terms and conditions of service prescribed by the University from time to time.
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for walk-in-interviews for the above posts from 28th July 2026 to 30th July 2026. Time of reporting for interview is from 10 AM onwards. Venue is in Auniati University, Kaliapani, Teok, Jorhat- 785112, Assam
Selection shall be based on :
(i) Academic qualifications and credentials;
(ii) Personal Interview; and
(iii) Teaching Demonstration (Demo Class).
Every candidate shall deliver a Demo Class of not less than five (5) minutes before the Selection Committee. The teaching demonstration shall be assessed as an integral component of the selection process.
How to apply :
Candidates shall produce the original documents for verification at the time of the Walk-in Interview and must submit one set of hard copies of the application form, payment receipt, and all supporting testimonials before the commencement of the interview at the University campus.

Applicants shall also submit proof of payment of the Application Fee of 1,000/-, deposited into the designated account of The Auniati Education and Socio-Cultural Trust.
