Eligibility Criteria :
Procurement Consultant :
Post Graduate from a recognized University or Institution. 10 (Ten) years of overall professional experience out of which minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in public procurement.
Junior Procurement Consultant :
B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university / institute. At least 7 years of work experience
Procurement Support Associate :
Minimum Graduation from a recognized university / institute. Minimum 5 (five) of relevant experience in Process Management/ IT Management/ Team Management.
Procurement Support Staff :
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university / institute. 4 years of relevant experience in helpdesk support / MIS data entry/ IT Support/any government experience.
Senior Software Developer :
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science/Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized University or Institution. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development, application design, database development and related IT services and in delivering and implementing similar software development assignments.
Legal Expert :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised Institution or University. Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in indirect tax administration, including substantial experience in GST, VAT, CST and other Central/State taxation laws
Additional IT Project Manager :
B.E / B.Tech / MCA/M.Sc. or equivalent AND PGDBM / MBA or equivalent from a recognized university/institution. At least 7 years of experience working with State/Central Government, PSUs, or reputed private IT organizations in IT/eGovernance projects.
Database Administrator :
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (I.T.) or equivalent from a recognised University or Institution. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in database administration, including exposure to modern data platforms.
Network & Security Administrator :
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (I.T) or equivalent from a recognised University or Institution. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including cybersecurity for AI/data systems.
Server Administrator :
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (I.T) or equivalent from a recognised University or Institution. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in server administration and infrastructure operations, including exposure to cloud/AI-enabled infrastructure.
Additional Project Manager – Direct Benefit Transfer :
Post Graduate degree/diploma in Business Administration or Public Policy or a related field; or BTech/ BE. Minimum 7 years of experience in DBT implementation/welfare schemes/public sector programme management, or large Government transformation initiatives preferably in the IT domain.
IT Expert (Social Registry & Data Governance) :
B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related discipline) / MCA. Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, master data management, beneficiary/social registries, interoperability frameworks, and large-scale databases.
IT Expert (Technical Architecture & Infrastructure) :
Minimum B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related discipline) / MCA. Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, infrastructure management, cloud/SDC environments,
cybersecurity, and large-scale eGovernance platforms.
IT Expert-Application, Workflow & UX :
B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related discipline)/ MCA. Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise application development, workflow design, portal customisation, and UI/UX for large digital platforms.
Grievance Redressal & Quality Assurance (GRQA) Expert :
Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university; a postgraduate qualification in Public Policy/Management/Social Work/Mass Communication or a related field will be preferred. Relevant post-qualification professional experience of at least 7 (seven) years in grievance redressal, citizen service delivery, customer experience or quality assurance, call centre/contact centre operations, or public service delivery.
Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Expert :
Graduate in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Management/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Engineering or any other relevant discipline from a recognised university. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification professional experience in banking/ non-banking financial services/ insurance/ microfinance/ institutional finance/ financial sector regulation or policy/ public financial management or related areas, preferably at a senior management or policy level.
Project Manager (HRMIS & Pension) :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA/M.Sc (IT) AND Master’s Degree/ Post Graduation in Management/Business Administration or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, public investment management, infrastructure development, public financial management or related fields. Experience in implementation of Government reform programmes or externally aided projects.
Additional Project Manager (HRMIS & Pension) :
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/Business Administration/ Management or related discipline from a recognised University or Institution. Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in HRMIS/ HRMS/Human Resource Management/e-Governance/Digital Transformation or related fields, including techno-functional
experience in the implementation of large IT projects in the Government or PSU sector
Project Manager (Public Investment Management & Commitment Control) :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA/M.Sc (IT) AND Master’s Degree/ Post Graduation in Management/Business Administration or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, public investment management, infrastructure development, public financial management or related fields.
Additional Project Manager (Public Investment Management & Commitment Control) :
Master’s Degree/Post Graduation in Finance/Economics/Public Administration/Business Administration/ Management or a related discipline from a recognized University or Institution. Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in Public Investment Management, Public Financial Management, infrastructure planning, project management or related fields.
