Eligibility Criteria :
Accountant- CPIU :
Graduate/ Postgraduate in Commerce from any Govt. recognized University with in-depth knowledge of accounting/financial management procedures applicable for ADB/World Bank/ externally funded projects and having hands on experience of operating Tally accounting software. Minimum 7 (seven) years of working experience in project/program financial accounting, for ADB/World Bank/ externally funded financed projects and with hands on experience of operating Tally accounting software
Jr. MIS Specialist-PMU :
Possess at least a Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field from any Govt. recognized University. Minimum 7 (seven) years of working/ professional experience in MIS development, data management, and reporting, preferably in externally aided projects, government programs, or development sector organizations.
Assistant Engineer-PIU :
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from any Govt. recognized institute/University. Candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering will be given preference
Rural Finance Specialist-PIU :
Graduate degree, preferably postgraduate degree from any Govt. recognized institute/ University, in rural finance, economics, business administration, development studies, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in planning and implementing microfinance, agribusiness or rural development projects.
Livelihood Coordinator – CPIU :
Masters/Postgraduate degree from any Govt. recognized institute/University in Livelihoods, Entrepreneurship Development, Food Security, Agriculture and allied subject (Agricultural
Extension), Agribusiness, value chain development, Rural Development, Social sciences, or a
related field. Supplemental training in Income Generation/Entrepreneurship, Gender Analysis/Mainstreaming, Micro finance preferred. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in promoting livelihoods interventions in areas including Skills Training, Micro-Lending, Micro-Savings, Employment Generation, Alternative/ Additional Income Generation, and Social Protection, Set up of Economic Cooperatives, Cash Transfer Grants, etc.
Hydrology Specialist- PIU :
A postgraduate degree from any Govt. recognized institute/University in Hydrology or Water
Resources or Soil & Water Conservation Engineering or Irrigation Engineering or Geology or Earth Science or Environmental Science or a related field. Candidates having basic knowledge of hydrological modelling tools (e.g., SWAT, HEC-HMS) will be preferred. Minimum 5 (five) years of professional experience in hydrological studies and water resources assessment. Candidates having experience on wetland ecosystems or watershed management will be preferred.
GIS and MIS Executive- CPIU :
Masterโs degree from any Govt. recognized institute/University in GIS, Geography, Environmental Sciences, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum five (5) years of
relevant professional experience in GIS & MIS systems, preferably in Externally Aided
Project/ Central Govt Sponsored Project, etc
Financial Management Specialist- PIU :
Masters in Commerce/ MBA Finance or related field from any Govt. recognized institute/ University. At least 7 yearsโ relevant experience in financial management, accounting, auditing with professional firms, government agencies
Financial Management Executive- PIU :
Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce from any Govt. recognized institute/University with in-depth knowledge of financial management procedures applicable for ADB/World Bank
/externally funded projects and having hands on experience of operating Tally accounting software. At least 5 years of experience in financial management related activities in any World Bank/Externally aided project or similar Govt. of India funded projects/National level reputed projects, with minimum 1 (one) year in Govt. projects.
Junior Engineer (Civil) -CPIU :
Atleast a Diploma (3 years course) in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering and Planning / Construction Technology from any technical institutes recognized by AICTE. The Diploma course must be a regular course. Diploma course obtained through distant/ online mode of
education shall not be considered. Candidates with Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/
Civil Engineering and Planning / Construction Technology will also be considered for this
position. Minimum five (5) years of working experience in Planning/ Execution/ Maintenance of Civil Engineering works is essential.
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for walk-in-interviews for the above posts from 27th July 2026 to 19th August 2026. The Reporting and Registration time is 09.00 am to 10.00 am. Venue is in the office of the State Project Director, ARIAS Society, Agriculture Campus, Sixmile, Guwahati-781022, Assam
