Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates in 2026 for recruitment to the posts or career of Research Assistant (RA) and Technical Assistant (TA) in the UCLA-MEAP sponsored Research Project entitled “Archiving Childhood: Assamese Periodicals for Children (1980-2020)” under the Principal Investigator Dr. Pallavi Jha, Department of English.
Name of post : Research Assistant (RA)
No. of posts : 1
Qualification : Ph.D./M. Phil./Post graduate in Humanities/Social science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
Name of post : Technical Assistant (TA)
No. of posts : 1
Qualification : BA/B.Sc./B.Com in any subject with a keen interest in Photography
Remuneration: Rs. 35,000 (Rupees thirty-five Thousand only) only per month.
Age: Candidate shall not be more than 35 years of age on the last date of application. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India rules.
