Assam Science Technology & Environment (ASTE) Council Guwahati is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Project Assistant (Accounts) in 2026.

Qualification : 1st Class B. Com with Specialisation in Accountancy and 6 months Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application
Experience :
- To have minimum 1 (one) year of working experiences in the field of Finance, Taxation & Accounting,
- Candidate having adequate knowledge and proficiency in accounting using Tally Prime
- Knowledge of Income Tax, GST etc. is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally Prime etc.
Remuneration : Rs. 26,780/- per month plus (+) CPF as applicable.
Age : 18 to 38 years of age as on 01-01-2026

Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 19th January 2026. Time is from 11 AM onwards. Venue is in Office of the ASTE Council, Bigyan Bhawan, G.S. Road, Guwahati – 781005
