Name of post : Assistant General Manager – Marketing

Qualification :
Full time MBA/ PGDM in Marketing/Agribusiness Management from a Govt. recognized University.
Experience :
Overall 12 years of post-qualification work experience, including a minimum 3 years of experience in Agriculture Marketing Bulk/Retail and Agri-Inputs. Preference to candidates having work experience in Govt./Semi-govt./PSU/Autonomous body particularly in Agri-Horti Sector. The candidate must have good communication skill along with proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS excel, etc.)
Salary : Upto Rs.80,000/- per month
Age Limit : Not exceeding 48 years as on 1st October, 2026. The upper age limit is relaxable:
a) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 53 years.
b) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, i.e. upto 51 years

Full time MBA/PGDM/Post Graduate in Project Management/Operations Management/ Finance/Agribusiness/Rural Management or equivalent discipline from a recognized Institute/ University
Experience :
1. Minimum 12 years of work experience in relevant field.
2. Preference to candidates with prior experience in Project Management and Capacity Building, from Central or State Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU/Autonomous body particular in Agri-Horti Sector.
3. Strong knowledge of government rules, compliance frameworks, and project management.
4. Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, etc.
6. Experience in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-infrastructure, Valuechain development, Rural Development or allied sectors shall be an added advantage.
Salary : Upto Rs.80,000/- per month
