Eligibility Criteria :
(i) A Master’s degree in any subject with at least 55Yo of marks or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed; &
(ii) 9 (nine) years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level-10 and above with
experience in Educational Administration; or
(iii) Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education; or
(iv) 5 (five) years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

For the posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, candidates may send their applications (along with 08 photocopies of the same) and relevant documents along with a Bank Draft of Rs. 2,0001 (Rupees Two Thousand only) in favour of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, Assam payable at Punjab National Bank, Dibrugarh University Branch (Code: 994000). The applications must reach the Office of Registrar, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh-786004, Assam on or before 16th March 2026.
For the post of Deputy Controller of Examinations, candidates may apply online through the portal https://dibrunt.samarth.edu.in. After submission of the ONLINE application in the portal a duly signed hard copy (printout) of the completed application must be submitted to “The Registrar, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh-786004, Assam” along with all necessary enclosures including the proof of submission of application fee on or before 23rd March,
2026 in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the Post of Deputy Controller of
Examinations.” Date of starting of online application: 23rdFebruary,2026. Last Date of online submission of Application: 13th March, 2026. Last date of receipt of Hard Copy of application: 23rd March,2026 along with all documents. Application Fees: Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only). Mode of payment: SBI Collect.
